With a professional kite, take on the challenge and get to know the wind on the island. Under the guidance of a qualified kite instructor, you will learn exactly how to handle a power kite.

Power kiting on Ameland

Power kiting at Ameland Adventure is an unforgettable experience. We have modern kites of different sizes. No experience? Then start with a small kite to get the hang of steering it and keeping it under control. When you want, you can then choose a larger kite. Take the challenge and experience the power of the wind in the kite. Are good at it already? We can of course teach you fun skills and leaps.

 

Power kiting as part of a activities program

Ameland Adventure offers various day programs on the beach and in the sea. Power kiting is often combined with beach sailing. Power kiting can also be part of a sports day or be combined with beach golf, ultimate frisbee or archery. We definitely make it an active day.

You’ll find our beach pavilion at beach post 11.400  where we organize our activities. Lounge chairs, hammocks, a covered terrace, changing rooms, lockers and toilets: all the ingredients for a relaxed atmosphere!
