Learn to surf at Ameland Adventure!

Always wanted to surf? Then you’ve come to the right place. Surf school Ameland Adventure offers various lessons for beginners to advanced. Our instructors have a lot of experience and are of course well trained. All instructors have followed a course through the HSA and Watersportverbond and have a beach lifeguard diploma.

Ameland has fantastic waves for surfing. For your first time surfing you can book a lesson of one and a half hours where you’ll learn the basic principles of surfing. The surf lesson consists of a theoretical part of 15 minutes, after which you will surf your first wave under the guidance of our certified instructors! The lessons can take place in a group – a maximum of seven people per instructor.

You’ll find our beach pavilion at beach post 11.400  where we organize our activities. Lounge chairs, hammocks, a covered terrace, changing rooms, lockers and toilets: all the ingredients for a relaxed atmosphere!

With over 25 unique activities, there is something for everyone to do at Ameland Adventure. Our activities are tailored to the season, so you can come to us at any time of the year. We like to think along and, if desired, make a tailor-made program.
